1.Arrival and departure
The rooms are available after 2 p.m. in the day of the arrival. However, if you have asked and received approval from the manager, we could try to provide it earlier. The guests are supposed to leave their rooms until 12 a.m. The hotel gives the chance to leave it later, too. If you have planed it, please contact our manager to check if it is possible.

2. Insurance
Your reservation does not include travel insurance. We recommend that tourists insure themselves.

3. Cancelling reservations
The owner keeps the right to cancel your reservation because of an event beyond the reasonable control (war, whether declared or not, civil commotion or riot, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, exceptionally severe weather, epidemic, fire, governmental restrain etc.)

4. Responsibilities
Our guests are supposed to behave in a way that does not inconvenience other guests and does not lower the reputation of the hotel. In such a case the management reserves the right to cancel the stay of the guests without any refund.

5. Lost or stolen belongings
The management does not take any responsibility for belongings forgiven or left without supervising.

6. Children
The management does not take any responsibility for children in the hotel. Parents are supposed to look after their children. The restaurant could offer earlier dinner for children in order to help their parents.

7. Other guests
The owner reserves the right to accommodate other guests in the hotel, restaurant and tavern unless they are fully reserved.

8. Working time of tavern
from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m
